Lotto has been a real jackpot for me! I could praise her indefinitely. I believe Lotto is the dog of my life. Her motivation for work, the joy and enthusiasm she works with, is amazing. She is always having fun and she enjoys every moment whatever she's doing. She never gives up but always keeps on going on with a smile on her face. Lotto is a serious worker though. Some say she is humorles. When she is working she's definately working and often with a snot on her cheek. Lotto is very intensive dog, even though that has a bit evened out since she is getting older. She is inventive. She can offer you variable kinds of functions in a short moment. She always tries and if she is not sure, she suggests something. Lotto is not a soft or a humble dog. You can demand and request many repeats without her losing interest or becoming submissive. She rather says, com'on let's keep working.

Lotto loves people. Sometimes she can be a bit too pushy. She loves kids also. She is always ready for play or being cuddled. Lotto has never herded kids or cars, bicycles or such. At home Lotto loves to spend her time in your arms and cuddling. She can also demand cuddles by pushing her head with force under your hand. Lotto enjoys being by herself too. She's usually quite invisible unless she is without cuddles. Although when Sisu, Jim and Lotto start wrestling together, is no furniture safe.

Our main hobby is agility. Lotto is a very fast and independent dog. Control and co-work have been most difficult for us. Lotto does find an obstacle of her own liking if I am late or direct her loosely. Tunnels are Lotto's favorite obstacles and she could run those indefinitely. We are competing in class 3. We started our agility-career with a triple clean run about a year ago. It is always a joy to train with Lotto. We are nearly always smiling when we leave training-sessions. It's such a pleasure to work with her.

Our second hobby is obedience. We do obedience mainly for our own enjoyment without anyt bigger goals. Lotto does like doing obedience though and is pretty good at it too. I am not interested in competing in obedience and therefore Lotto competes with a friend of mine. I went to a couple of trials with her and our biggest achievement was Finnish championship- team pronze. We got good points and helped our team to this wonderful achievement.  I would have never even dreamed of a championship medal in obedience. But this arrangement with my friend works well. I train with Lotto at home and Pia picks up where i left off. Lotto doesn't mind at all if the pilot changes during the flight. At the moment Lotto competes in class 4.

We have also been herding a couple of times. I would like herding a lot if only we could do it more often. Lotto is showing a strong interest in sheep, but we haven't gotten further with our training. I believe if she'll be getting on sheep more often she will be good at herding.

Lotto doesn't really care for other dogs. She gets along with them though. She may try and say something to strange dogs at first. But usually she can walk side by side with strange dogs. She is unforgiving. If someone has shown negative attention to her she does remember.

Lotto has a very beautiful, elastic body. I especially like the smooth hair showing the muscles and shape of the body underneath.  Her coat is easy in everyway. She doesn't shed but she does have a good undercoat too. In conformation show a judge considered her Very Good, but with a missing coat (!). It is a joy to watch her move. She has a really good coordination. She loves running. Being in the leash is boring for her and fortunately we don't have to do that too often. Lotto is an excellent dog for pulling i.e.  canicross and for skiing. She loves to pull and go fast.

Lotto is a perfect dog for me. I couldn't even dream of more right now.
